Accumulated Experience, Growing Structures
The working culture we have today is the result of years of site and project experience gained in the construction and architecture industry.
We have worked on projects of different scales; we have encountered different site conditions, technical requirements and high quality expectations. Every project has taught us something new.
This accumulated experience, gained from large-scale and prestigious projects carried out in Turkey and abroad, shapes all our processes today — from project management to site execution.
Over time we have transformed from a company that simply builds into a construction organization that plans, manages, coordinates and delivers solutions.
We have developed our areas of expertise through hotel and tourism buildings, villa projects, renovation work and applications at various scales.
Today we continue on our path by combining the experience we have gained from the past with a contemporary architectural approach, strong technical infrastructure and controlled project management. For us, growth is not just about doing more projects.
The technical office structure we have built runs quantity surveying, feasibility studies, progress payments, the work schedule, and shop drawing, RFI, submittal processes in step with site execution. Our project and site management teams bring architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical disciplines together on shared technical ground through BIM-based coordination.
We run quality control (QA/QC) and occupational health and safety (OHS) processes on the principle of planned inspection and record-keeping at every stage of the work. During commissioning (T&C), we verify that systems deliver their designed performance using measurable data.
It is about carrying out every new project more accurately, more under control and to a higher standard than the last.
