Systems thinking
We evaluate each system not in isolation, but through its relationship with the building as a whole.
Borda Yapı
Engineering is not only about building systems, it is about building trust.
We approach a building's hidden systems together with performance, coordination, buildability and long-term operating needs.

Who are we?
Get to know Borda
We take a holistic view of the technical systems that deliver a building's comfort, safety and continuity.
From design decisions to execution, from coordination to testing and commissioning, we aim to maintain the same technical integrity at every stage. Because quality engineering produces not just a system that works, but a building that can be operated with confidence.
Our working principles
Behind every decision
there is a technical reason.
We believe that results people can trust come from open communication, sound coordination and measurable technical decisions.
Cross-disciplinary coordination
We bring architectural, mechanical and electrical decisions together on a shared technical footing.
Buildable engineering
We consider project decisions together with on-site production, maintenance and operating conditions.
Long-term responsibility
While meeting today's needs, we also think about how the building will perform in the future.
